Linda Vista Town Council would like to take a moment to reflect on the impactful life of our neighbor, mentor, and friend: Howard Wayne.

Linda Vista embodies the spirit of the “little guy”: tough, determined, often overlooked, but still with something to say.  That spirit came from Howard Wayne.  As leader of the Linda Vista Planning Group, he fought diligently to ensure that our community had a voice.  Many of the successes within our community were won off the hard work of Howard. 

Howard lived his life in service of his neighbors and community.  While our community will always feel the void his absence has created, we can best honor his memory by continuing to work towards the betterment of Linda Vista – a duty he held near to his heart throughout his life.
