The council meets twice a month and both meetings are open. You do not have to be a member to attend — though the general meeting is in person only, and the board meeting is on Zoom only.

Every meeting, and where its minutes stand
This lists every meeting the council has held since January 2023 — not only the ones with a document on file — so it is always clear what has been recorded and what is still coming.
How minutes work. The secretary drafts minutes after each meeting and the council approves them at the following one, so a meeting from the last few weeks will usually show as expected rather than posted. If something older is missing and you need it, ask us — we can usually send a draft.

Joining a board meeting on Zoom
Board meetings run in the room and on Zoom at the same time. The link is the same every month, and it opens fifteen minutes before the agenda starts. General meetings are in person only.
