A street name in a meeting is an anecdote. Forty pins on one block is an argument. Drop a pin where the problem actually is, say what it is in a sentence, and it goes into what we take to the City.
This is not the City's system, and a pin here does not dispatch anyone. If something needs fixing now — a pothole, a dead streetlight, dumping — report it to Get It Done first, because that creates a ticket with a tracking number. Then pin it here too. The City closes tickets one at a time; what it does not see is the pattern, and the pattern is the thing that changes a budget.
